Outlook 2013 Preview Update (KB2737132) unintentional deletion of mails from the Exchange Server

For Microsoft Outlook 2013 was released a hotfix that emerging problem while working with the tool Cleanup Tools.

Once in Outlook 2013 we add the mailboxes from the Exchange server online and select empty trash or run Cleanup Tools, we lost all emails, calendar and contacts forever. Outlook does not remove all deleted items only but also from other folders.

This amendment was notified of thanks to the many users who encountered this problem. As you know this is just the preview version and each of us has the opportunity to participate in its improving by selecting the icon in the upper right of the year (smiley face or sad), then we can pass on their observations on the operation of Outlook 2013.

Released a new version (1.3) Checking Tool Outlook Calendar – CalCheck.

This tool can be successfully used to validate the entries – each entry is checked, the power, accuracy of information publishing free / busy calendar and activities in Outlook.

Check it must be located on the Exchange Server 2003, 2007 or 2010.
The tool works with Microsoft Outlook 2003 – 2010.

Once installed, run cmd and type the appropriate command syntax CalCheck:

OutlookTools good tool to configure settings

If someone needs a nice free tool to configure settings for Microsoft Outlook, not knowing where to find the settings we recommend OutlookTools utility.

Microsoft Outlook 2013 Preview what’s new

With the release of Microsoft Office 2013 Preview obtain the new version of Microsoft Outlook. The new version is designed to communicate with all what it will go, Outlook allows us to connect with your Facebook, LinkedIn, My Sites, without the installation of additional plugins.

Microsoft Outlook 2013 can be installed on Windows 7 and Windows 8 Preview.
To use the new Outlook to the mailbox located on the Exchange server, it must be one of the following versions:

  • Exchange 2007
  • Exchange 2010
  • Exchange 2013 Preview

The first change that I can see when you start Microsoft Outlook 2013 is to change the colors. The preview version of the application splash screen is blue (like Lync), not orange.
