Microsoft Exchange 2013 Preview can be downloaded here (it takes about 1.5 GB).

To install Exchange 2013 Preview requires that the Active Directory is located at least one domain controller to Windows Server 2008 and requires that in each Active Directory Site was a Global Catalog.
