One Response to Update Rollup 1 for Exchange Server 2010 Service Pack 3 KB2803727

  1. Pepper says:

OK, I installed this update on two Exchange 2010SP3 in two different organizations.

On one of them, users were reporting email not being delivered. I found most of the messages were going into the “Poison” queue.

On the other, the Exchange Management Console could not connect, something about a Kerberos error and “access denied.”

I reverted both of them back to SP3 and resumed the stuck poison messages, problem solved.
