		<description><![CDATA[OK, I installed this update on two Exchange 2010SP3 in two different organizations.

On one of them, users were reporting email not being delivered. I found most of the messages were going into the &quot;Poison&quot; queue.

On the other, the Exchange Management Console could not connect, something about a Kerberos error and &quot;access denied.&quot;

I reverted both of them back to SP3 and resumed the stuck poison messages, problem solved.]]></description>
